More than 24 hours before the appointment
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Within 24 hours of the appointment
A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total will be charged to cover the worker's reserved time. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Within 2 hours of the appointment (or no-show)
The full booking amount is charged as the worker has already committed to travel. No refund will be issued.
Recurring bookings
Each individual occurrence must be cancelled separately. To end a recurring plan, cancel in your dashboard or contact us.
