How much is a monthly snow plan?
Single lot $249, double lot $300, corner or big home $349 — all for 4 visits, walkway and sidewalk included. Ice is extra. Same prices in both cities.
Can I build a shorter plan?
Yes. The builder starts at 2 visits. 2-visit and 3-visit months cost more per trip than the 4-visit pack.
How many times do you clear per month?
Ready-made plans include 4 visits. A builder plan is 2, 3, or 4. We come after 5 cm or a drifted-in driveway. Extra storms are overage.
Can I book one clearing without a plan?
Yes — that is Snow Removal on the services page. Single lot driveway $60 or standard $79. Double $70/$90. Corner $80/$110.
Is ice control included?
No. Add ice control at checkout: $25 with a one-time snow visit, or $15/$20/$25 per visit on a 4-visit plan (single / double / corner). Power broom is $10/$15/$20 per visit by lot. Builder 2 and 3 visit extras are $5 more per visit. Ice-only visits start at $49. Thick ice chipping is $35.
What is the difference between driveway only and standard?
Driveway only is the pad. Standard adds the walk and porch. Monthly plans are always standard — walkway and sidewalk are in the price.
Is this a full-season lock-in?
No. Cancel any month. The month you already paid for still runs to the end.
Do Saskatoon and Regina pay the same?
Yes. Same one-time prices, same monthly plans, same ice add-ons.
